ZHANG Xinyu
	Senior Research Assistant

Zhang Xinyu is a Senior Research Assistant at the Lab of Learning Sciences, Peking University. His research integrates learning sciences and artificial intelligence, with a current focus on AI for scientific discovery in education and psychology. His work also encompasses educational technology development and the design and delivery of practical AI courses and training for teaching and research.

He earned two full-time master’s degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Education at Peking University in 2026 and participated in the National Excellent Teacher Training Program. During his studies, he was an Information Technology student teacher in the senior high school division of Beijing No. 4 High School.

Before joining Peking University, he worked as a technical R&D engineer at CNPC, BGP Inc., undertaking Python development and serving as deputy lead on an AI development project. He led and contributed to enterprise-level R&D projects, gaining extensive experience in data processing, deep learning, and intelligent system development.
