Dr. Jialing Zeng is the Lab Manager of the Learning Sciences Lab at Peking University and a Boya Postdoctoral Fellow at the Graduate School of Education. She received her Ph.D. in Cognitive Science in Education from Columbia University.
Her research lies at the intersection of learning sciences, artificial intelligence, and educational neuroscience. Specifically, she investigates cognitive state analysis using electroencephalography (EEG), eye-tracking, and AI techniques, particularly within mathematical learning contexts. Her work aims to advance the design and application of educational technologies that foster adaptive and personalized learning experiences.
In addition to her research, Dr. Zeng provides training for lab students and research assistants in eye-tracking and EEG methodologies and co-teaches the course Learning Sciences with Prof. Junjie Shang in Fall 2025.
